Construction of an electric substation at the Vassilikos Power Plant
- demolition of the old building of a monolithic concrete electrical substation, including sharp reinforcement and the removal of shifted concrete and fittings
- preparing the construction site including digging a new foundation pit
- waterproofing works up to the bottom of the foundation, including the pile and alignment of the base layer of concrete and the insulator of three-layer bitumen-ruberoid waterproofing
- construction of a concrete foundation 25x10 meters, 60 cm thick
- construction of an underground part of a building of a 5 meter deep substation with monolithic concrete using a special waterproofing casting technology of monolithic concrete, a wall height of 5 meters, a wall thickness of 50 cm
- external three-layer bituminous-ruberoid waterproofing of underground part of building of electric substation
- construction of a concrete slab between the underground and the ground parts of the substation for the installation of transformers (construction of supporting scaffolds, installation of formwork with installation of holes for cable laying, filling of overlap with a thickness of 40 cm concrete with grinding of concrete surfaces, disassembly of formwork and scaffolding)
- construction of concrete columns and substation overlays of 10.5 meters in height (construction of supporting and mounting scaffolds, installation of formwork, filling of flooring with a thickness of 15 cm in concrete, disassembly of formwork and scaffolding)
